1. Return / Exchange
The item I ordered arrived damaged, faulty or doesn't work as intended
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us as soon as possible. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the return of the product for assessment. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
For fast processing of your return, please ensure the following:
- You retain the original packaging
- You accurately describe the fault or damage
- You attach clear photographs of the damage
To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to info@dustdevil.co.nz that includes your order number, a few photos of your order, the condition of your product, and the reason for the return.
I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered
If you've changed your mind you can return your item as long as it's unopened, in mint condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.
If the item does not arrive in this condition, DustDevil reserves the right to reject the return or may at its sole discretion apply a 20% restocking fee/damaged return fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer.
Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms everything checks out OK. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.
2. Warranty
All DustDevil machines come with a hassle-free 24
months warranty.
DustDevil's Warranty Policy assures that:
The purchased product aligns with the provided product description/specifications and any representations made regarding the product. There may be some difference in colour compared to the photos listed on our website due to lighting, and monitor brightness.
The warranty doesn't cover:
1. Parts and Appliances not supplied by DustDevil
2. Cosmetic damage which does not affect the operation of the Appliance
3. Damage to the Appliance caused by:
negligence or accident
misuse or abuse, including failure to properly maintain or service
normal wear and tear
power surges, electrical storms or incorrect power supply
incomplete or improper installation
failure to comply with any additional instructions supplied with the Appliance
suction of any liquids or building materials
exposure to excessive heat, moisture or dampness
failure to clean or improper cleaning of the product
3. Tracking
Who do you guys ship with?
NZ post is our shipping partner.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number so you know where things are at.
When will I get my order?
Dispatch is usually within 1-3 business days of placing an order.
If your delivery address is in New Zealand, your order should arrive within 2-5 working days. Rural addresses can take a bit longer.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery after a public holiday, as there is always a large backlog with courier companies.

We use a non-signature required service as our standard service. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package. Based on customer
feedback, this is much preferable and ensures the fastest delivery for you.
If the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange re-delivery.
